我們會竭盡所能及在公平的原則下處理所有申請,因此所有在新生意保證處理日
(GPD)即2012年12月24日或之前遞交的申請(包括新生意、保單復效、增加投保額及附
加保障) 將會優先處理。
於12月27日至12月31日期間,我們會按個案提交的日子的先後次序來處理:
1. 於12月24日或之前遞交的新生意及保單更改申請的核保通知書/更改通知書
(UN/SN) 的回覆;
2. 於12月27日或以後遞交之新生意及保單更改的首輪審核;
3. 回覆於12月27日或以後遞交而需要跟進並已發出核部通知書/更改通知書之個案
(UN/SN) 。

support all of you to boost sales that Guaranteed Processing Date (GPD) is
changed from 21 Dec to 24 Dec 2012.
1. Please be advised that the office hours of our Cashier Counters,

We will try our very best to complete as much business as possible and
process all cases in a fairly manner, therefore those new applications for
NB and Policy Change Requests including reinstatement, rider addition and
sum insured increment submitted on or before 24 Dec 2012 (GPD) will have
the priority.
We will process the New Applications and Change Requests during 27 to 31
Dec 2012 according to the submission dates and on first come first serve
basis.
1. All reply of Underwriting Notice / Service Notice for cases submitted on
or before 24 Dec 2012;
2. First round underwriting of new business applications or policy changes
submitted on or after 27 Dec 2012;
3. Reply of Underwriting Notice / Service Notice for cases submitted on or
after 27 Dec 2012.
