為不斷提供更好的服務，我們欣然推出一份新表格 "Batch Header - Broker Channel"，以提升我們的服務質素。 

由 9月12日起，凡遞交任何文件予本公司時，請連同填妥的 "Batch Header - Broker Channel" 一併遞交，以便我們核對及確認有關文件。

 
  此新表格可於保誠資料庫 (PIL) >
經紀及獨立顧問 > 表格 > Batch Header表格 (BIT000071)下載。

In order to better serve you, we are pleased to inform you that we will launch a new form "Batch Header - Broker Channel" to improve our quality of service. 

From September 12, please submit the completed "Batch Header - Broker Channel" form with the relevant document(s) for our checking and acknowledgement.  You may download this new form from Prudential Information Library (PIL)> Broker and IFA> Form> Batch Header form (BIT000071) .
