保誠-優化退郵文件跟進程序/Prudential- Enhancement for Returned Mail Handling 發佈日期:2018-07-09

為進一步減低退郵文件的情況及提高跟進透明度,由201873日起,退郵文件跟進將會作出以下提升安排:

 

  1. 保單持有人收到退郵短訊(SMS)的同時,亦會於myPrudential收件匣收到相關信息,提示保單持有人立即核對或更新在公司的通訊地址紀錄。
  2. myPrudential ─ 更新聯絡資料」頁面將新增「核實現有地址功能」,保單持有人可按需要(a)確認現有通訊地址或(b)更新通訊地址。
  3. 倘若保單持有人在收悉退郵短訊後未有確認或更改通訊地址,公司將會在第一次退郵短訊起計的14天及28天再次發出短訊提醒客戶。

 

Dear Business Partners:

 

Effective 3 Jul 2018, the following enhancements will be launched to further improve the returned mail situation and to increase the transparency of the follow-up progress:

 

  1. In addition to the existing SMS notification, Policyowners will receive inbox message in myPrudential reminding them to confirm or update the correspondence address in our record.
  2. A new “Confirm Correspondence Address” function is introduced to “myPrudential ─ Contact Information” page. Policyowners can choose either (a) to confirm the existing correspondence address or (b) to update the address.
  3. If Policyowners do not take any action after receiving the first returned mail SMS notification, SMS reminders will be sent 14 days and 28 days thereafter.
