保費融資有助高端客戶提供資金的靈活性，但保單轉讓予第三方存在一定的風險和影響 (包括但不限於利率風險、承讓人可代保單持有人行使的保單權利、資料或會發放予承讓人的風險等)。理財顧問應提示客戶留意抵押轉讓作為保費融資的重要事項 的內容。

Launch of New Financial Institution of Premium Financing

We are pleased to announce that Hang Seng Private Banking has been included in the financial institution list of premium financing. Should customers require premium financing arrangement (currently only available on PRUuniversal life wealth planner (ULWSP)), financial consultants can refer to the most updated list in the HNW New Business Manual.

Premium financing can provide the cash flow flexibility for High Net Worth (“HNW”) customers. However, there are some relevant risks and implications if the policy is assigned to a third party as collateral security (including but not limited to interest rate risk, rights that the assignee may exercise on the policy on behalf of the policyholder, risk of release of information to the assignee). Financial consultants should remind customers to refer to the details in the Important Notes on Collateral Assignment for Premium Financing.
