由2018年7月20日起，保單持有人可透過myPrudential辦理委任受益人申請手續。如遞交資料正確無誤，委任受益人申請會即時生效。相關申請進度將以SMS短訊形式通知保單持有人，並以電郵通知保險經紀。保單持有人亦可隨時登入myPrudential 查閱申請進度，及下載委任受益人的確認信件。另外，電子信件將會取締郵寄予保單持有人的紙本信函，敬請留意。

Dear Business Partners,

With effect from 20 July 2018, policyowners can submit Beneficiary Appointment request through myPrudential.   The application will take immediate effect if complete and accurate information is submitted. Policyowners will receive SMS and brokers will receive email about the progress of the application. Besides, policyowners can check the application progress and download the confirmation letter for Beneficiary Appointment request through myPrudential.  Kindly note that the paper letters used to be delivered to the policyowners will be suppressed.
