 永明港健康醫療保/永明港稱心醫療保客戶尊享 ─ 永明危疾齊加保/歲悅儲蓄計劃保費回贈優惠 

由即日起至201972日,若投保永明港健康醫療保及/或永明港稱心醫療保後或同時投保 (1) 永明危疾齊加保,可享永明危疾齊加保首年年度化保費8%保費回贈優惠;及/或 (2) 歲悅儲蓄計劃,可享歲悅儲蓄計劃首年年度化保費5%保費回贈優惠 


 

永明港健康醫療保/永明港稱心醫療保客戶尊享優惠(此「優惠」)之條款及細則: 
·        此優惠只適用於永明港健康醫療保及/或永明港稱心醫療保(「合資格自願醫保計劃保單」,如下定義)的受保人,在受保人於合資格自願醫保計劃保單外受保於永明危疾齊加保及/或歲悅儲蓄計劃(「有關保單」,如下定義)的申請(「合資格申請」)。 
·        有關保單指保單申請書於201952日至201972日期間提交,包括首尾兩天並於2019731日或之前由香港永明金融有限公司(「永明金融」)繕發的永明危疾齊加保及/或歲悅儲蓄計劃保單。 
·        合資格自願醫保計劃保單指於201941日至201972日期間提交,包括首尾兩天並於2019731日或之前由永明金融繕發的自願醫保計劃保單。為免生疑問,由其他保單轉移至自願醫保計劃下的永明港健康醫療保或永明港稱心醫療保的保單並不享此優惠。 
·        所有永明危疾齊加保的合資格申請均可享首年年度化保費8%保費回贈而所有歲悅儲蓄計劃的合資格申請均可享首年年度化保費5%費回贈(合稱「保費回贈」)。首年年度化保費將根據永明危疾齊加保及/或附加的「昇級」附加保障的保費(如有)及/或歲悅儲蓄計劃(包括額外保費,如有)計算。 
·        若保單主權人於20191031日或之前就保單作出任何更改,保費回贈金額將因應調整。 
·        若保單主權人為不同受保人成功投保多於一份永明危疾齊加保保單及/或歲悅儲蓄計劃保單,保費回贈將根據每位受保人的總永明危疾齊加保保單及/或總歲悅儲蓄計劃保單的首年年度化保費計算。每位受保人於永明危疾齊加保及/或「昇級」附加保障(如有)下可享最高港元10,000保費回贈,而於歲悅儲蓄計劃下可享最高港元10,000保費回贈。 
·        若保單主權人於保單繕發時預繳全數保費,則保單主權人只須繳付保單之淨額保費,淨額保費為在扣減此優惠前的總保費扣除此優惠的保費回贈。 
·        永明危疾齊加保及/或歲悅儲蓄計劃預繳保費之利息並非保證及永明金融可隨時更改而不另行通知。若已預繳之保費不足以支付日後之保費,則保單主權人或須支付保費差額。 
·        若合資格申請的保單主權人於保單繕發時沒有預繳全數保費,有關保費回贈將於201911月內存入永明危疾齊加保保單的帳戶內及/或歲悅儲蓄計劃保單的帳戶內以繳付日後之保費。 
·        永明金融保留在不作任何事前通知的情況下修改支付保費回贈方式的權利。 
·        合資格自願醫保計劃保單及永明危疾齊加保及/或「昇級」附加保障(如有)及/或歲悅儲蓄計劃保單必需於保費回贈存入保單帳戶時仍然生效,方可獲享此優惠。當保費回贈發出後,保單主權人將獲專函通知。 
·        保費回贈金額將調至最接近之整數(以港元計)。有關保費回贈將不可轉讓或兌換成現金。 
·        此優惠的兌換率為美元1兌港元7.8(如適用)。 
·        此優惠不能與永明金融之其他推廣優惠一併使用,包括但不限於「投保永明危疾齊加保即享雙重優惠」客戶優惠。有關「投保永明危疾齊加保即享雙重優惠」優惠的詳情,請參閱有關之宣傳單張。

Exclusive Offer to WeHealth / WeHealth Plus Clients ─ Enjoy a Premium Rebate on SunHealth OmniCare / SunPromise

From now until July 2, 2019, you may enjoy (1) 8% premium rebate on Annualized First Year Premium (“AFYP”) of SunHealth OmniCare; and/or (2) 5% premium rebate on AFYP of SunPromise if you successfully apply for SunHealth OmniCare and/or SunPromise respectively in addition to WeHealth or WeHealth Plus policy(ies). 

 

Terms and Conditions of Exclusive Offer for WeHealth / WeHealth Plus Clients (this “Offer”): 
Ÿ        This Offer is only applicable to successful application(s) where the insured of eligible WeHealth and/or WeHealth Plus policy(ies) (“Eligible VHIS policy(ies)” as defined below) is also insured under SunHealth OmniCare and/or SunPromise (“the Relevant Policy(ies)”as defined below) (“Eligible Application”). 
Ÿ        The Relevant Policy(ies) means application(s) of SunHealth OmniCare and/or SunPromise submitted between May 2, 2019 and July 2, 2019, both days inclusive, and issued by Sun Life Hong Kong Limited (“Sun Life”) on or before July 31, 2019 
Ÿ        Eligible VHIS Policy(ies) means application(s) of WeHealth and/or WeHealth Plus policy(ies) submitted between April 1, 2019 and July 2, 2019, both days inclusive and issued on or before July 31, 2019. For the avoidance of doubt, WeHealth or WeHealth Plus policy(ies) issued as part of the policy migration arrangement under Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme is NOT eligible to this Offer. 
Ÿ        The Eligible Application(s) of the SunHealth OmniCare can enjoy a 8% premium rebate on AFYP and the Eligible Application(s) of the SunPromise can enjoy a 5% premium rebate on AFYP (each referred to as a “Premium Rebate”, collectively as “Premium Rebates”). The AFYP is calculated based on the premium (including premium loading, if any) of SunHealth OmniCare and/or CoverPlus attached thereto (if any) and/or SunPromise. 
Ÿ        For any policy change made by policy owners on or before October 31, 2019, the Premium Rebate(s) amount will be adjusted accordingly. 
Ÿ        If policy owners successfully apply for more than one SunHealth OmniCare policies and/or SunPromise policies for different insured, the Premium Rebate(s) will be calculated based on each insured’s total SunHealth OmniCare policy(ies) and/or total SunPromise policy(ies). Each insured is entitled to a maximum Premium Rebate of HKD10,000 on SunHealth OmniCare and/or CoverPlus (if any) and/or a maximum Premium Rebate of HKD10,000 on SunPromise. 
Ÿ        For policy owners who pay all future premiums at the time of the policy issuance under a prepayment arrangement, the net premium they need to pay for the policy shall be equal to the total premium payable before applying this Offer minus the Premium Rebate(s) under this Offer. 
Ÿ        The interest on prepaid premium of SunHealth OmniCare and/or SunPromise is not guaranteed and will be changed by Sun Life from time to time. Policy owners may need to pay for any shortfall if the prepaid premium is insufficient to cover future premiums. 
Ÿ        For policy owner of Eligible Application(s) who do not prepay all future premiums at the time of policy issuance, the Premium Rebate will be credited to the policy account(s) of SunHealth OmniCare policy(ies) and/or SunPromise policy(ies) in November 2019 for future premium payment. 
Ÿ        Sun Life reserves the right to vary the method of issuing the Premium Rebate at any time without prior notice. 
Ÿ        To be entitled to this Offer, eligible VHIS policy(ies) and SunHealth OmniCare policy(ies) and/or CoverPlus (if any) and/or SunPromise policy(ies) must be in force when the Premium Rebate(s) is/are credited to the policy account(s). A letter will be sent to the policy owner upon completion of issuing the Premium Rebate. 
Ÿ        The amount of Premium Rebate will be rounded to the nearest Hong Kong Dollar. The Premium Rebate cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. 
Ÿ        The exchange rate of USD1 to HKD7.8 is used for this Offer, whereas applicable. 
Ÿ        This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion(s) offered by Sun Life, including but not limited to “Purchase SunHealth OmniCare to reap double rewards” client offer. For the details of “Purchase SunHealth OmniCare to reap double rewards”, please refer to the respective campaign leaflet.
