•       於SunSmart銷售建議書內於「基本計劃 – 推廣活動」頁面內選擇「A0201A」 ；及

•       於列印版本保險申請表的「保單合約版本」及「保單文件選項」選擇電子保單及電子通知。

(i)     if client successfully applies for Vision with 2-year premium payment term and such policy is issued on or before July 31, 2022;

(ii)    using our electronic services (i.e., eContract and eAdvice); and

(iii)   client prepays all future premiums upon issuance of his/her Vision policy;

client will be entitled to a 5% p.a. guaranteed prepayment interest rate as a token of appreciation for client’s support on environmental protection.

•       Select “eContract” and “eAdvice” for Policy Contract Version and Policy Document Option in print version Application for Insurance

列印版本保單安排

就所有計劃的申請，有別於以往的安排， 由 2022 年 5 月 10 日起生效，如果客戶未在申請表內以下部分選擇“列印版本”，我們將不再安排列印版本的保單 ( 以信託形式或公司持有的保單除外) 。

Please be reminded that Sun Life will no longer arrange hardcopy policy contract if client does not choose “Hardcopy” in the below section on application form effective from 10 May 2022 for all applications (except policy is owned by trustee or company).
